These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you or the organization you represent ("you") and Cohesor, Inc. ("Cohesor", "we", "us") governing your use of the Cohesor gateway, dashboard, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your gateway keys and credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services, or generate content prohibited by the applicable upstream model providers' policies. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
Your content
You retain all rights to the prompts, tool calls, and outputs you send through the gateway ("Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf — to route, compress, cache, govern, and log requests as configured. We do not use your Content to train models. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed based on usage and the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Third-party providers
The Services route requests to third-party model and infrastructure providers. Your use of those outputs is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party model responses.
Service availability
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, and enterprise plans may include a service-level agreement. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohesor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
