This Privacy Policy explains how Cohesor, Inc. ("Cohesor", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Cohesor gateway, dashboard, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account data. Name, work email, organization, and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign up or are invited to a workspace.
- Usage & metadata. Request timestamps, model and route selected, token counts, latency, and cost — the metrics that power your dashboard, budgets, and audit log.
- Billing data. Plan, invoices, and payment details, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
Prompt and completion content
Prompts, tool calls, and completions that pass through the gateway are processed only to deliver the Services — to route, compress, cache, and govern the request, and to return the response to your agent. We do not use your prompt or completion content to train models, ours or anyone else's, and we do not sell it. Content is encrypted in transit. Where a feature retains content (for example, an audit log or a cache you enable), retention follows your workspace configuration.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
- Provide observability, cost analytics, budgets, and audit trails to your workspace.
- Bill for usage and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Communicate about your account, security, and product changes.
Sharing
We share information only with upstream model and infrastructure providers strictly as needed to fulfill your requests, with service providers acting on our behalf under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and usage metadata for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, isolate tenants, and restrict access on a least-privilege basis. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress; see our Security & Trust page for current posture.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
International transfers
We operate globally and offer EU data residency options for eligible workspaces. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
